Cultured Stone Australia

Cultured Stone’s inception in Australia was in 2000, when its founders discovered the product on a Ski Lodge under construction in Whistler Canada. They were so impressed with the genuine look of the product, they decided to bring it to Australia. In a short time, Cultured Stone has become a trusted & recognized brand of high quality stone veneer by Architects, Designers & Builders across Australia.

With the head office based in Victoria, and experienced distributors in Australia’s most populated states, Cultured Stone is steadily branching across Australia.

General Manager

In September 2005 Nick Thurlbeck was appointed General Manager of Cultured Stone and has used his experience to oversee rapid growth and expansion of the company right across Australia. Nick has been in the stone veneer industry his whole life. His father's company is actually one of his competitors, Nick has experience in all facets of the process including manufacture, sales and installation. His knowledge of manufacture and installation of both domestic and commercial stone veneer is second to none.

Having been involved in the manufacture and installation of many different stone veneer products available in Australia, Nick is in a great position to compare the quality of Cultured Stone's products with many others and believes this is the best product in Australia for quality, style and colour selection.
